NOTES ON BATH SALTS

Make Time for a Bath!

Bath Salts literally diffuse the stress and static of your day.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, tense, irritable, or unable to focus, a bath really might help, especially in salt water. Salt is a semiconductor that suspended in water, a polar molecule, helps to bring the human bio-field back into a free-flowing equilibrium. You already know it is a thing. But I have even more words.

A warm bath of longer than 20 but no more than 40 minutes will have the effect of literally evening out your personal electro-magnetic field. Adding salts to the water will make that effect last longer. Water is a good conductor of electricity. Salt can store electrical energy potentials for even distribution. The combined result smoothes your blocked electrostatic charges and reduces turbulent stress.

Feel better. Most nerves that react with the environment terminate in the subcutaneous or insulating fat layer under our skin. Soaking in salt water until the subcutaneous layer is warmed evenly distributes this positive charge.

Muscles and nerves connect at the neuromuscular junction, where nerves and muscle communicate. When electrolytes are deficient or disturbed the muscles and nerve signals do not function harmoniously. Poor communications at the neuromuscular junction cause physical discomfort. Magnesium salts can help relieve muscular discomfort.

Humans are exposed to more ionic radiation and discordant electrical charges from cell phones, computer screens, and satellite receivers than ever before. So many EMF [electo-magnetic frequencies] are basically like noise pollution that you can't hear, but it still stresses you out. All kinds of EMF signals are yelling at us in the background of everyday life, and this is compounded by the amount of screen time we have. It becomes an energy sink. We need to tend our personal batteries to maintain our subtle energy. We are more than physical blobs of protein, we are complex patterns of fast and slow light maintaining a certain presence to have a physical experience. Showing up is stressful.

Taking a bath reduces the physical effects of stress. The electrons that flow in our bodies (negative ions) create an electromagnetic field. Similar to our planet Earth, the flow is 'toroidal' or donut shaped. The single greatest source of negative electrical ions is the earth itself. The earth literally "grounds" us. Barefoot contact with the earth, or laying down on a beach or the soft ground will also balance the body's electro-magnetic field. Jet lag is partially due to prolonged lack of contact with the earth.

Dose up your bathwater with salts and beneficial substances for your skin, and your body will take what it needs to find balance.
